Knights of Columbus Hall, Arlington, MA. $15 suggested donation.
Directions: Knights of Columbus Hall,15 Winslow St, Arlington, MA. The hall is approx. one mile off Route 2 right in Arlington center, close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. If lost or confused - call 617-460-4213.
Take Route 2 to Arlington Center/Belmont Center exit (Rte 60). This is
exit 59 off of Route 2.
NOTE: if coming from Rte 128/I-95, Do NOT take the first Pleasant St exit which is in Lexington. Take Rte 60 East (Pleasant Street) for exactly one mile to Arlington Center. Cross Mass Ave. and travel one more block on Rte 60 (Mystic St). Turn right into the very large parking lot (free at nighttime). The Knights of Columbus Hall is the small wood frame building across the street to the right of a tall redbrick building.

A new performance and dance space in the lobby of the gracious and
venerable Windham Hotel. Wood dance floor and bar. 7:30 pm. $10 in

Directions:
From the south, take 91 North to Exit 5, at end of ramp, turn right.
At bottom of hill turn left onto Rte. 5 North. Go 3 miles. At stoplight, merge right into downtown. The Windham is at the south end of town square at the corner of Bridge Street.
From the north, take 91 South to Exit 6.

Musicians-To-Musicians Relief Benefit Concert and Dance
Lebanon Opera House, 51 N. Park St., Lebanon, NH. $15. 7 p.m.

Planet Zydeco joins Paul Asbell, Mark LeGrand and the Lovesick Band,
Chris Kleeman, Jeremiah McLane and other special guests including
George Thomas from Vermont Public Radio as emcee for a benefit concert
and dance featuring music from Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama to
help fellow musicians displaced by Hurricane Katrina with financial,
medical and housing needs.

The benefit was arranged by Mark Sustic in collaboration with musician
friends in Louisiana and New England, and is an attempt to both raise
funds for the critical needs of musicians in the Gulf, and an
opportunity for musicians in Vermont to acknowledge an artistic debt to
the blues, Cajun, Zydeco, country and other traditions originating in
the Gulf region.

All proceeds to support the Lafayette Music Alliance, designed to
specifically help displaced musicians with financial, medical and
housing needs.

The Irish Arts Hall (Albany Hibernian Hall) is at 375 ONTARIO ST, 5 blocks south of Madison, in Albany, just past the Playdium bowling alley. Go one more block, passing the Hibernian Hall, turn RIGHT on MERCER STREET, and right again into the back parking lot. The facility has a large parking lot, Irish pub, dance studio, and dance hall with
wooden floor. Enter from rear parking lot.

FROM SOUTH: Take I-87N to Exit 23 to I-787N. Take EXIT-4 & follow
signs to Broadway & Rte 20. Turn LEFT crossing under 787, turn LEFT
onto Broadway, go 1/10 mile and turn RIGHT onto MADISON. Go 2 MILES to
Ontario Street. Turn LEFT. (See above)

FROM WEST ON I-90: Take Exit 24. Continue on I-90E to Exit 5/Everett
Road & turn RIGHT. Go to Central Avenue, turn LEFT. Go 1 mile on
Central, turn RIGHT onto Ontario. Continue, passing Washington,
Western, and Madison Avenues. (See above)
[Alternatively, can take I-90E to 787S to Madison Ave exit]

FROM WEST ON RTE 20/WESTERN AVE: Drive into Albany. When Western
intersects with Madison, BEAR RIGHT ONTO Madison. Continue for 1 mile,
passing the College of St. Rose campus. Turn RIGHT onto Ontario. (See
above)

FROM NORTH: Take I-87S to I-90E toward Albany. (See I-90 above)

FROM NORTH ON I-787S: Take Madison Ave Exit. Continue for 2 MILES to
Ontario St, turn LEFT

FROM EAST ON I-90: Cross Hudson River, take Albany / I-787S exit, go
to Madison Ave exit, drive 2 miles to Ontario St.

New Years at Ashokan! Planet Zydeco will rock in the New Year along
with three great bands: Jay Ungar and Molly Mason with Swingology, The
Red Stick Ramblers, and Great Bear Trio. Two rooms to dance in -
Zydeco, swing, cajun, and other couple dances in one and contras and
squares in the other... plus sumptuous snacks and refreshments.

Winter Fiddle and Dance Camp, in beautiful Ashokan, NY.
